Thank you for contacting Optus Stadium, I'm sorry that an over charge has occurred when you attended an event with us. 

 

Would you please be able to let me know which outlet the transaction took place, so that we can investigate on our end how this may have occurred? I understand you may not know the exact outlet but if you could advise which aisle number the outlet was near, we can look into this further and follow up with our Food & Beverage team.


Please can you advise the items you were purchasing so we can calculate what the correct charge should have been? 

 

In order to rectify the error and process a refund please send through:

  • A copy of the receipt/screen shot of the transaction from your account statement
  • Bank account details for us to provide the refund in to - Bank, Account Name, Account Number and BSB


When the above information is received it will be forwarded to our finance team to action the refund, this may take a couple of working days.
