We have taken your comments very seriously and we are very disappointed that your experience at the Ed Sheeran concert did not meet your expectations.


Having had the opportunity to look into the matter, the overwhelming majority of feedback we have received has been very positive in respect of the quality of sound at the event. We do however understand that it can be challenging at times to deliver perfect sound at large outdoor events. All normal and reasonable measures were taken to ensure the audio delivery to patrons was consistent throughout the venue, including extensive sound checking and ongoing adjustments during the concert to rectify any perceived deficiencies detected by the production team or as advised by patrons or working personnel.


We are confident that an appropriate level of audio consistency was achieved at the concert.


We do not consider that such dissatisfaction is a basis for a refund given all the circumstances (leave out unless refund requested).


We will include your email as part of the continued review of the concert operations with the Production team and we would like to sincerely thank you for your input.
