Whilst we have signage at all lifts asking patrons to give priority to those with accessible requirements, and we have customer service staff stationed by the lifts to assist with this. We encourage patrons who are willing and able to use the stairs or escalators. 


Please also consider that not all accessible needs are visible so we do not discriminate who can use the lifts, the lifts aren't exclusively for patrons with accessible requirements and are available to all patrons to use.
