Dear

Thank you for your e-mail. Ticketmaster are the only ticketing agent authorised to sell tickets to EVENT at Optus Stadium.

Unfortunately, as the venue for this event, we are not in a position to know or have the ability to check in advance if tickets purchased from a third party or ticket on seller are genuine. Optus Stadium has no obligation to honour tickets bought from unauthorised sellers. The only way of knowing if they are valid is when you arrive at Optus Stadium and scan at the gates.

There are some tickets purchased from ticket on sellers that are genuine. We have also experienced circumstances where tickets have been sold multiple times to different people, resulting in tickets being rejected at the gate.

If your tickets are rejected at the gate you will be directed to one of our box offices, if there are tickets to this event still available there is an option to purchase directly from the box office. The Ticketmaster team at the gate will also provide you with a letter confirming that your tickets have been rejected.

When purchasing tickets for an event at any venue, it is advisable to ensure that you check the website for the venue or event itself to ensure you are purchasing from the right place.  You may wish to contact the original seller directly to see what the Terms & Conditions are for your purchase.
