When you initially purchased your tickets, there were no indications of any sightline restrictions. Regrettably, this changed on the day of the show, which we understand was frustrating.

Event staff and supervisors worked diligently to address any issues as they arose, including exploring options for reseating or relocating guests where feasible. We appreciate your patience and understanding in this matter.

As you chose to remain for the duration of the show, we are unable to offer a refund. However, please know that your feedback is valuable to us, and we will take it into consideration to improve future experiences for all our patrons.
