Thank you for your enquiry. We have cloakrooms located at each entry gate where you can leave a wheelchair or mobility aid, please see a member of our customer service staff (wearing bright yellow) for assistance. 

If the wheelchair or mobility aid is required to get to seats, it can be used for that purpose and then returned to the gate if the user is accompanied.

Due to safety and security reasons, wheelchairs cannot be left on the concourse if a wheelchair accessible seat has not been purchased.
