Thank you for getting in touch with us to provide you feedback and I'm sorry to hear that you had a negative experience whilst attending an event at Optus Stadium.  We expect that patrons attending events at Optus Stadium are considerate in their behaviour towards other patrons, occasionally it’s not always the case.

The beach balls are not provided by Optus Stadium or the Perth Scorchers; they are a prohibited item and occasionally brought in by patrons. Where possible, security is directed to stop them which can be a challenge given the discreet nature in which they can be inflated and thrown in the seating bowl or onto the field of play.
